Outpatient treatment open and telehealth options available
The CDC recognizes behavioral healthcare institutions and services as essential activities and businesses that must continue to remain operational. Beyond that mandate, we recognize the ongoing need for behavioral health treatment — even during a public health crisis — so we will continue offering unparalleled care while following all recommended safety guidelines.
MASKS: As of April 1, 2022, we have discontinued mask requirements for patients. Masks will be available and optional for any patients who request them. If there is an increase in COVID transmission, the mandate for indoor masks may be re-implemented. Our healthcare staff follow all requirements in the state where they work regarding vaccinations, testing, and masking.
TESTING: Outpatient programs have discontinued routine testing. Additional testing will take place if a patient presents with symptoms consistent with COVID.
Enhanced Safety Measures
Our outpatient centers in Scottsdale, Silicon Valley, and Dallas are fully staffed and accepting patients, and we are also offering TeleHealth services at all locations for patients that prefer to participate in treatment using this service. Activities at our Outpatient Centers continue, with strict precautions being taken to ensure the health of patients and staff.
