What We Treat
Our VIOP Mental Health Program pairs the Meadows Model with proven therapies, revealing and mending the deep hurts that fuel emotional distress. We offer focused care tracks for:

Where Is Virtual Mental Health Treatment Available?
We began offering our Virtual IOP program in states where we already offer in-person outpatient treatment. This allowed for residents of those states to take advantage of in-network insurance benefits. In our efforts to help even more of those who need treatment get that care – no matter where they are located – we continue to expand.

Digital Progress Monitoring & Real-Time Support
Progress in mental health grows with insight and steady check-ins. Through our secure MBH Connect platform, you’ll log daily mood shifts, stressors, triggers, and wins in minutes. The same portal offers secure messaging, gentle reminders, and an on-demand video library of coping skills, so help is never out of reach.
Each week, a brief online survey powered by Vista Research Group tracks changes in anxiety, depression, and crisis risk. These evidence-based insights give your care team real-time data to refine your plan, celebrate gains, and catch concerns early.
