Men-Only program Available at our Chicago outpatient center
The Meadows Outpatient Center – Chicago is excited to introduce our specialized Men-Only Program designed to help adult men face and heal from challenges and trauma in a supportive environment.
Led by Primary Therapists Rebecca Muir, MSW, LSW, SSP, and Jeri Sedlacek, MA, LCPC, CAADC, PCGC, CSAT, this eight-week hybrid program offers both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) options to fit your needs.
Our men’s outpatient program provides a safe, confidential space for men to talk about their struggles, including personal issues, past trauma, and behaviors that may affect relationships, intimacy, and everyday life. Many participants come seeking support for sex and pornography addiction, love avoidance, relationship challenges, trouble managing emotions, and unresolved trauma.
In this men-only setting, participants are encouraged to share openly and feel understood through connection with others who genuinely resonate with them. Through guided group therapy and practical, evidence-based approaches, men learn more about themselves, develop healthier coping tools, and take accountability as part of their healing journey.

Why Choose a Men-Only Program?
A men-only group makes it easier to talk about sensitive topics that can be hard to bring up in mixed-gender settings. This focused environment helps men break down emotional walls and challenge societal expectations that discourage vulnerability. In a supportive community, participants build stronger coping skills, feel more connected to themselves and others, and grow in ways that matter in everyday life. The program emphasizes personal responsibility, emotional growth, and real connection—all important steps toward living the life you want.
